Antique Card Game United States History Game
This is an old card game from the late 19th or early 20th century filled with US history questions. It was published by C.J. Stein and originally sold for 35 cents. There is no publishing date.
The box is original and has had a repair to one corner as shown in the pictures above. It has been sewn together with black thread. Another corner of the box is torn and remains unrepaired. There are 63 pink cards with questions and answers listed that are in good condition.
The label is mostly intact and looks as though it was applied by hand..it's a little off kilter. I don't think this was mass produced and I can't find any information about the game. The label states a patent has been applied for.
Truly, an interesting bit of history.
